Dead Sea Salt Cream vs. Steroid-Based Creams

Dead Sea Salt Cream vs. Steroid-Based Creams

Hi there đź‘‹

Let’s talk about cream today and how our Dead Sea Salt cream stacks up against the average steroid-based cream.

Many people who have skin issues like psoriasis or eczema, myself included, turn to steroid-based creams to manage their symptoms. I turned to them at the very beginning… however, I was pretty nervous about using them on a day-to-day basis.

Why was I nervous? Here were my 2 main concerns.

Harsh Side Effects

Steroid-based creams can have harsh side effects and long-term use can lead to thinning of the skin, easy bruising, and other issues.

Dead Sea salt cream, on the other hand, is made from natural ingredients, all of which are ingredients that both you and I can pronounce!

Rebound

Then, there is the rebound issue we all hear about and experience. Steroid-based creams can cause a rebound effect when they are stopped, which means symptoms can end up being worse than before. It’s like this: you get this great feeling for a while, and then after a few weeks or months, you start to see your spots getting bigger and drier.

I guess what I'm saying is, it can be dangerous to throw off the balance of our body's systems.

Dead Sea salt cream does not have this issue or danger and can be used for extended periods of time without causing additional problems. You can use it as much and as often as you’d like with no known ill effect.

Overall, if you are looking for a natural alternative to steroid-based creams for managing skin conditions, Dead Sea salt cream is definitely worth considering. It is a safe and effective option that can help reduce inflammation, itching, and other symptoms associated with dermatitis.
